Through my exploration of the world, I have come to realize that existing scientific disciplines, philosophical schools, religious teachings, and ideological systems, taken individually, do not provide me with a coherent and comprehensive understanding of reality. Many contain valuable ideas, but they also have limitations, internal contradictions, and assumptions that are not always subjected to critical examination. Some systems gradually lose their credibility, while others are closely intertwined with the interests and objectives of those who develop and promote them.

In a rapidly changing world, I find myself lacking a unified and consistently structured system of knowledge, values, and principles that could help us understand reality, make informed decisions, and navigate life.

Essencealism is my attempt to collect, organize, and document the knowledge, observations, and ideas that I consider essential to understanding human beings and the world around us. It is a space for developing a coherent system of thought in which no idea is exempt from criticism and every claim remains open to verification, reconsideration, and refinement.

The emergence of artificial intelligence marks the beginning of a new era. For the first time in human history, we have access to tools that allow us to process information on a scale and at a speed that were previously unimaginable. Throughout a lifetime, a person can read only a limited number of books — perhaps a few thousand under favorable circumstances. With AI, however, we can access vast amounts of knowledge in a condensed and comprehensive form, explore a much wider range of subjects, conduct deeper analyses, and discover new information at an unprecedented scale.

In a world evolving so rapidly, existing concepts of reality, society, and human nature are no longer sufficient to address the full complexity of the world around us. This project aims to bring together knowledge, observations, and ideas to develop a more comprehensive understanding of reality.

Despite the skepticism and opposition that artificial intelligence may inspire, I intend to develop this project with its help. I see nothing inherently wrong or prejudicial about using these tools; on the contrary, I see an extraordinary opportunity – an intellectual advantage that humanity has never had before. For the first time, we have the ability to examine an unprecedented breadth of knowledge, explore connections across disciplines, and develop ideas at a scale that would have been impossible for an individual in the past. I believe this opportunity can help us formulate a new, more integrated understanding of the world and bring humanity closer to grasping its fundamental principles.
